Rowed 10,000m in 1hr 7mins on Concept2 Machine tonight. Not sure if that’s good, bad, or dangerous & still trying to find out the calories I burned. LOL. We’ll see how my back/arms are tomorrow :)

1000000000.85% times better now that I’m going back to the gym regularly. Shame on me for wimping out midway last year. Had I continued, I know I would have met my goal by now. Oh well. Live some and learn some. My mind is definitely at a better place now.
Now, I’m not even “dragging” myself to the gym. I actually want to go. (strange, I know). Now if I could only figure...
