1) I crave fruit instead of foods that are rich in fat. Since the I’ve been taking fruit from the cafe home and storing them, I’ve noticed that I look forward to eating that instead of anything else. 2) I have to watch my hunger-meter closely. As soon as I feel like I’m starving or my stomach is howling at me, I tend to eat mindlessly. Especially when I’m feeling pressed...
